Weather-Related Damage Disclaimer

Extreme Snacks is not responsible for any damage, leakage, spoilage, melting, freezing, exploding cans, loss of carbonation, or other product issues caused by weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, or environmental exposure during shipping or delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Freezing temperatures

  • Snow, ice, rain, humidity, or heat waves

  • Delays caused by weather or carrier conditions

Customers are responsible for considering the destination climate and current weather conditions before placing an order.


📦 Shipping Insurance & Additional Coverage

Any optional shipping protection, insurance, or additional coverage purchased at checkout does NOT cover weather-related or temperature-related damage under any circumstances.

This includes damage caused by:

  • Freezing or overheating during transit

  • Pressurized cans expanding or bursting

  • Product texture, taste, or appearance changes due to temperature

Shipping protection applies only to lost or carrier-confirmed damaged parcels unrelated to weather conditions, at Extreme Snacks’ discretion.


❄️ Beverage & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Carbonated beverages, chocolate, gummies, and other temperature-sensitive products are shipped at the customer’s risk, especially during extreme seasonal conditions.

Extreme Snacks reserves the right to:

  • Delay shipment during unsafe weather conditions

  • Recommend order postponement or alternative products

  • Cancel and refund orders prior to shipment if conditions pose a high risk

Once an order has shipped, Extreme Snacks is not liable for temperature-related outcomes.

  • Acknowledges and accepts all weather-related shipping risks

  • Agrees that Extreme Snacks is not liable for temperature-caused damage

  • Understands that refunds or replacements will not be issued for weather-related issues
