Dropshipping Policy – Canada Only

We offer dropshipping services exclusively within Canada through Shopify Collective.

Platform Requirement:
To use our dropshipping service, you must have an active Shopify store. Our system integrates directly with Shopify to sync products, inventory, and orders.

If you are not currently on Shopify, you will not be able to use our automated dropshipping system.

How to Get Started:

  1. Ensure you have an active Shopify store

  2. Request access or accept our invitation to connect via Shopify Collective

  3. Once approved, import our products directly into your store

  4. Set your own retail pricing and publish products

How Dropshipping Works:

  1. Your customer places an order on your website

  2. The order is sent to us through Shopify Collective

  3. Shipping is not charged at checkout

  4. Our team calculates shipping based on destination and order size

  5. You will receive an invoice including shipping costs

  6. Once payment is completed, we ship directly to your customer

  7. Tracking information will be provided after fulfillment

Discreet / Blind Shipping:
All dropshipping orders are shipped without any Extreme Snacks branding, invoices, or pricing information included in the package.

Your customer will not see our business name on packing slips or documentation. This allows you to maintain your brand and customer relationship.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping is calculated per order and invoiced separately

  • We do not offer free shipping on dropshipping orders

  • Orders will not be processed until the invoice is paid

  • We aim to send invoices within the same business day

  • Delays in payment may result in fulfillment delays

Shipping Coverage:

  • Canada only

  • Local delivery may be available in select Ontario regions

Recommendations:
For larger or heavier orders, we recommend requesting a shipping estimate before placing your order.

Note for Non-Shopify Retailers:
If you do not use Shopify, please contact us directly. We may still be able to support you through manual order processing.
