Extreme Snacks Pick Up Policy

  1. Order Confirmation:

    • You'll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete.

  2. Pick Up Location:

    • Visit our store at 302 Wellington Street East, Unit 4, Aurora, Canada during operating hours for pick-up.

  3. ID Verification:

    • Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email for verification.

  4. Proxy Pick-Up:

    • If someone else is picking up on your behalf, provide their details in the order notes.

  5. Timely Pick-Up:

    • Pick up your order within 14 days. Unclaimed orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%

  6. Contactless Pick-Up:

    • For a contactless experience, call 905 841 9538 upon arrival, and we'll bring your order to you.

  7. Returns/Exchanges:

    • We do not do returns or exchanges.

  8. Cancellation:

    • Notify us promptly if you wish to cancel. Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy. Please note, we will charge a restocking fee.
