We’re Shipping to the U.S. Again — Now via Canada Post!

We’ve got exciting news for our American snack lovers — Extreme Snacks is once again shipping orders to the U.S.! 🍫🎉

After temporarily pausing international deliveries earlier this year due to carrier processing issues, we’ve worked behind the scenes to reopen the border for your favourite treats.


📦 What’s New: Canada Post for U.S. Orders

Right now, all U.S. deliveries are being handled exclusively through Canada Post. It’s the most reliable option available at the moment, offering steady tracking and cross-border delivery for packages heading south.

🛫 Carriers currently active:
Canada Post (Air and Expedited options)
❌ Purolator — not processing U.S. shipments
❌ UPS — temporarily unavailable for U.S. processing

We’ll continue to monitor both Purolator and UPS and reopen them as soon as their systems allow consistent cross-border processing again.


🚫 No Free Delivery — For Now

At this time, free delivery is not available for U.S. orders.
We’re keeping shipping rates as affordable as possible, but until carriers stabilize and rates normalize, we can’t extend our Canadian free-shipping program to the U.S.

However, we promise:

  • Full tracking via Canada Post

💬 Why We’re Doing This

We know how many U.S. customers have been asking to get their snack hauls again — and we listened. While carrier options are still limited, we’d rather offer one reliable shipping method than none at all.

As soon as Purolator and UPS reopen cross-border processing for commercial parcels, we’ll expand options and revisit free shipping thresholds for larger U.S. orders.

Q: Do you ship to all U.S. states?
A: Yes, Canada Post ships to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Some remote regions may take a few extra days.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can track directly through Canada Post or USPS once it crosses the border.

Q: Why can’t I choose Purolator or UPS?
A: Both carriers are currently unable to process cross-border commercial shipments from Canada. We’ll re-enable them once service resumes.

Q: Is there free shipping for the U.S.?
A: Not at the moment. We’ve paused free delivery to keep rates fair while carrier costs remain high.
