We regret to inform you that, effective immediately, Extreme Snacks is temporarily suspending shipments to U.S. customers. This step is necessary due to a recent update affecting the cross-border shipment of FDA-regulated goods.
What’s Going On
According to recent announcements, major carriers (such as Purolator and UPS) have begun refusing FDA-regulated items destined for the U.S.. These shipments, if attempted, may be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. netParcel
Because many of our snack products fall under FDA regulation (food, supplements, etc.), we are unable to reliably ensure safe, successful delivery under current conditions.
What This Means for You

U.S. orders placed from today forward will be canceled or refunded.

If you already placed an order (and it hasn’t shipped), we will contact you to refund or re-route your order.

We’ll keep you updated with any changes — when the suspension is lifted, we plan to resume U.S. shipping.
Why We’re Doing this

The temporary pause is not our decision — it stems from new carrier enforcement and customs regulations. netParcel

Trying to ship now carries a high risk that the package will be returned (and you’ll be on the hook for costs).

We want to avoid customers being stuck with undelivered goods or extra charges.

If you are outside the U.S., your orders are unaffected — we continue shipping as normal.
